Setting Up A New Email Account
You can setup email accounts using your cPanel control panel. To get started, follow the instructions below.
1. Login to cPanel.
2. When the page loads, click on the "Email Accounts" link in the Mail section.

3. Select the domain you want to use for the new email address and click on the "Go" button.

4. Enter the username of your new email address in the "Email" text box.

5. Enter the password of your new email address in the "Password" text box.

6. If you want to specify a quota for this email address, enter the new number (megabytes) in the "Mailbox quota" text box or leave it set as default 10.

7. Next, click on the "Create" button.

8. When the page loads you should see your new email account listed in the Current Accounts section. View our example (demo@cpx3demo.com) below.

9. Click on the "Access Webmail" icon to open the email account.

10. You will also notice both "Usage" and "Quota" values for the email account.

11. The "Functions" list provides the following:
Delete (Select this option to remove the email account permanently.)
Change Quota (Select this option to change the disk space in megabytes for the account's email quota.)
Change Password (Select this option to change the email account's password.)
Configure Mail Client (Select this option to configure your desktop email client to use the email account you have created. For example, if you are running Microsoft Outlook on your desktop, cPanel will configure your Microsoft Outlook client to use the email account you have created.
The example we chose below is the "Change Quota" option.

12. Once you have selected the function you want to use, click on the "Go" button.
